1. This was not deemed an omission by the duty manager, nor bu the Hotel manager who advised they had closed the restaurant because of so many complaints about the breakfasts.

5. My only complaint was that, despite repeated requests, there was no Hotel Information book or packet in the room and I constantly had to ask the Front Desk about the most mundane things -- like how much will I be billed for a local phone call, how much is the internet, etc.
