1. They were still doing renovations on then front section of the hotel, so the gym area is dusty and noisy, however they did warn me on arrival this was the case.

2. There was only one and it was located in a little room on the second floor along with old, dusty items the hotel wasn`t using anymore (fake plants etc.

3. The rooms have a modern feel and are nicely decorated, however you can sense that underneath the exterior is an outdated, dusty older hotel room.
