1. However, there were water stains all over the ceiling in the bathroom, it took 10+ minutes to get hot water in the shower (seriously), and I awoke every morning with my eyes swollen due to the mold or dust in the room.

3. The bathroom was much nicer than the original bathroom which had mold in the shower/tub area, a very poorly patched and partly molding ceiling, and a chipped vanity counter.
