1. After being requested to be relocated to a second room, the following problems were noticed:-AC unit was not blowing out cigarette odor BUT it was not able to cool the room either.

The first room I stayed at had the following problems:-AC unit was blowing out cigarette odor despite being a non-smoking room-Tile in bathroom was cracked and degrading-Carpet in room was stained in several areas-Free wi-fi was extremely slow-TV was an CRT unit that had very poor picture quality and limited channel selection.

4. I'm not sure if the problem is on the 12th floor or if it's in the entire hotel, but when you can't open the windows in the room the AC really needs to work.

6. my husband and i stayed for 3 nights with 6 other family members, our room 633 didn't have warm water the whole of the stay, engineer called to room but was unable to fix problem,this was a problem the hotel was aware of prior to us checking in, we had an evening meal at the hotel and starters were brought to our table the same time as the main course so by the time the starters were eaten the main course was cold and had to be microwaved, fresh frnch fries were brought to our table but by then the whole experience had put us off eating anything, a total waste of money.

8. We had a tour planned for the whole day and they picked us up from the hotel and dropped us back, so the location wasn't too much of a problem.

9. The bathrooms were a bit small but who is going to hangout in there bathroom all day,lol the only other small problem was they missed 1 wakeup call and I was up anyways so no damage done.
