8. name Vic Jurado he is a outstanding individual that needs to reccomended for a job well done and a higher position he solved a few of my probs with the hotel from the valet service which is terrible there and accomendated my rooms with perfection and professionalism i had a double room and a jr suite for the weekend he made that happen when i arrived to make it easy for us i had paid for my rooms a week in advance and made it easy to give us the suite for the weekend since all costs were paid in full anyway the valet is horrible and the rooms need ammenties like at least microwaves and refridgerators to complete a customer stay at the hotel so if they want to bring things back like food from a resturant to heat up or store it would be nice well i have more to say but to say mr Vic Jurado is number one mgr and hope he will be recognized by his peers and upper management in his hotel organization thank you.

9. The pool was shut down and half empty the first full day we were there which is terrible when it's 90+ degrees outside.

10. Also, this was a terrible place to stay as a tourist, it is nowhere near any of the tourist destinations listed on the website, it cost us $15-20 in a taxi to get to Hollywood, Melrose, or Sunset.
