3. Checked in went to the room, it's was the wrong room I had booked a king room with a view I got a two single beds with no view, but it was ok called down they sorted everything for us.

8. Which had the wrong-size carafe, meaning that unless I had modified the basket, it would not ever ever drip coffee into the carafe.
