1. It's such a shame that it was sold (supposedly to some man who's a club owner and may change it to a giant club?) The workers have no idea what will become of it.

The customer service provided by the staff at the front desk was average, the concierge forever seems to be on a break, the bar man in the lobby bar give the impression he'd rather be anywhere but there, which is a shame as the lobby itself was a lot cooler to sit in than the room which was hot & stuffy.

5. My negatives are that the restaurant does not open in the evening which is a shame and could do well and the gym equipment is very old and the air con doesnt work in there, but that was good for me.
