2. The only negatives are the lack of parking on weekend nights - though there is an area reserved for hotel guests this is not enforced and we had to luck into a parking spot - and for me, the lack of a tv in the room.

3. On the negative side, the facility is very popular even on weekdays and weeknights such that there is traffic leaving and coming from the parking lot and foot traffic throughout the facility at all hours, only dieing down at 1:00 am or so.
