4. This could be a problem if people were 'overly friendly' whilst in the pool ;) I was in Portland last week and sadly did not get to show off The Kennedy School, as we were pressed for time.

5. The only problem we experienced was that our room, Miss Dobie's Room, was right next to the soaking pool, and people in the pool didn't realize that we could hear their every sound.

7. This makes it a very fun, lively place, but on the weekends, there are people eating and drinking until quite late, and this can be a problem if your room is on or just off one of the main hallways.

8. As previously stated the staff were all very friendly and helpful, our room was huge, clean and comfortable and we didn`t experience any problems with it being noisy.
