3. For instance:- some wear and tear around the elevator banks- dated bathroom style and decor- shower spray head not adjustable- tv screen is somewhat small (maybe 30 inches?).

4. I had a certificate for a two night stay from an event I attended and management kindly extended the expiration date so that we could fit it in to a complicated schedule.

7. Every evening at the stroke of 6 o'clock, a gentleman comes in to the lobby with a beautiful cart of champagne, plays a chime on a xylophone, announces the date and time and that to celebrate the beginning of evening and the end of the day it is time to toast with champagne.
