problem
for any guest, but for a premium hotel with premium price, you have super high expectations.

as we spent little time there what spoilt the stay was the rudeness of the staff.

problem
, which we appreciated.

This clerk did not turn out to be representative of the rest of the staff in the hotel who generally went out of their way to be helpful but it became clear over our stay that the St Regis does indeed have a few staff
