1. Nothing that would be a real problem for any guest, but for a premium hotel with premium price, you have super high expectations.

8. The concierge was able to print our boarding passes for departing flights without a problem, which we appreciated.

9. This clerk did not turn out to be representative of the rest of the staff in the hotel who generally went out of their way to be helpful but it became clear over our stay that the St Regis does indeed have a few staff problems.

10. The only problem I had found is beyond the tourist sites on The Mall, the hotel is not very convenient.
