2. From the magnificent exterior and hotel lobby, to the phenomenol location just 2 short blocks from the front of the White House (not theside of it like the Willard or JW), to the beautiful surrounding neighborhood, to the incredible staff (especially the manager Ertug Ersoy and Daniel Linnemann), to the luxorious rooms and bathrooms (with TVs built into the mirrors and incredible shower), to the helpful and knowledgable concierge staff, to the diligent and hard-working butler staff, we were extremely impressed.
"One of the best hotel stays we've ever had! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/26/2011 Vote
3. Negatives: Bathrooms are extremely small and awkward; The in-mirror TV in the bathroom is hard to see and the channels don't correspond to the main TV or the channel guide provided; The Hotel 'Athletic Club' is small and poorly equipped, so the hotel directs you to a has-been club 2.
"A great boutique hotel, but service makes this a 4-Star property and not a St. Regis. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/1/2011 Vote
4. Meanwhile at the bar, Tennessee Williams introduced Thomas hardy and they contemplated Soup and Salad.

5. They looked into it promptly, but I finally figured out it was staff door that made too much noise to begin with and was being shut hard by an employee.

8. For the first time in nearly 5 years (and over 40 different hotels) of being a premium member, I was given a hard time for requesting a late check-out.

9. I was probably just in a bad mood because I was away from my family, and I am sure the guy works really hard for his pay, so I am probably not being very fair to him by writing this.
