4. this is selfish on other guests and they need to sort it out - I was on the beach once for 3 hours and saw 6 sunbeds with 6 snorkels and 6 pairs of flipper unused for the whole time I was there - were these guest big tippers ?????Anyway onto the resort itself.

5. Though the service at the restaurants is excellent, it is not quite as good as the Season on the big Island, and though less rushed than say Duo's on Maui, certainly not a good as Spagos on Maui.

8. In the morning during low tide, you can go by the rocks to check out the tidal pools and some are even big enough to swim in.

10. I think the big Island still edges the Lanai location out only for the fact of the number of pools and the consistency of the service.
