3. We had a private car and once we got to the lobby, someone gave us ice cold towels, the General Manager welcomed us, and another staff member asked our kids by name how they were doing, again prompting a pleasant response from my daughter 'how did he know our names?'Some nice things: check-in your room rather at a desk; we had an ocean front room and they have a big lanai where you can just sleep on the couch there; pool is really warm; being able to use the Koele Lodge facility (they have pony rides for kids up there); Kids For All Seasons - they have a number of activities such as tidepools and fish feeding.
