2. We asked for a room away from the construction you've read about it in other reviews and they accommodated BUT the downside of facing away from the construction was an uninteresting view of exterior walls of the hotel; I would have loved a great city view but quiet was more important.

8. The lobby is stunning and the staff were very helpful and accommodating on arrival, even upgrading our double bed to a queen size free of charge on finding out it was my girlfriends Birthday during our stay.
