3. It is right around the corner from The Dave Letterman Show, walking distance to both Times Square and Central Park and is newly renovated so it has an awesome modern feel.

4. The staff is AWESOME and upon returning to our room from viewing the Macy's Parade we found chocolates on our bed along with a Happy Thanksgiving letter from the Director of the hotel.
