1. As with any large city hotel there are the occasional problems but the staff is excellent at fixing any problem in a quick and effcient manner.

2. ) The room, tastefully decorated in shades of tan and black, with attractive modern furnishings and excellent bedding, also had a world-class shower, with large rainwater head above and a sculpted chrome hand-held which can be used simultaneously.
