1. We always stay on the 14th Floor which is where the Club Room is located, and it is simply the best for convenience, and service and a very safe, secure and peaceful place to stay.

3. The duty manager was not helpful and said that the time cannot be changed and the best they can do is to arrange a car to take the patient to their nearby property (InterCon Suites) for the shower in the morning.
