1. Only change I would make is to ask that the Hotel be clearly marked from the Skyway side, which it generally is not.

2. Still a fine choice if you need to visit the Clinic, but for other stays to Cleveland -- especially if you need to be downtown, there are other fine choices such as the Marriott Key Center, Renaissance, or the Ritz Carlton, which are all generally less expensive than this hotel.

3. Given the limitations of the area around a hospital with no easy access to restaurants, the restaurants here were extraordinarily overpriced and the main room should be more general menu then ethnic.
