1. Obviously, I am not impressed with the service at this property and would not recommend it for the reasons stated above.

3. It was safe and clean and very reasonably priced, in particular when we found we did not need to stay for further medical proceedures the concierge arranged a late departure.

6. I'm still flabbergasted and at a loss for words; but what I can say is he is a gem and emulates hospitality and portrays every reason why those in the hospitality industry are in fact in the hospitality industry - because they love people and making their day.

7. This hotel must be raking in the dough, as they are always booked solid, and charge rack rate, and are able to get it, and not because of any other reason than its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic.

9. If you are in town for any other reason, I would stay downtown union square at one of the 4 star hotels (or even some of the lower star but nice hotels like the Comfort Inn).

10. If you have reason to be at the Cleveland Clinic, then strictly for convenience sake, this is a good place to stay.
