Staff at check-in was helpful and polite, my business dinner at the restaurant was tasty and delivered promptly with helpful and friendly servers, the guest room (on the 11th floor, Priority Club room) was exceptionally well laid out and exceptionally clean with a good shower and nice bath condiments.

4. My room on the 9th floor was comfortable and clean, I slept very well, and having the option of using the soaking tub or separate shower isn't one I usually see traveling on business.

7. This is not a resort it is associated with a clinic and is beautiful, clean, gracious and the food was great (we just had breakfast but there was a fantastic smoothies on the breakfast menu along with a sinful display of delicious pastries and good coffee).
