1. They could do with a refurbishment or two (hopefully they've done so already)It's just next to a great Mexican place (can be noisy during weekends if your room is facing towards the beachside) and just down the road there is a drugstore, so it's really convenient.

5. In terms of location this is a great area as parking is plentiful and you can walk around easily at night, and a much nicer atmosphere than Hollywood or Beverley Hills.
