1. Rooms are small, but clean and newly renovated.

2. It was after 10pm on new Years Eve anmd I'm sure they wanted to get out to their own celebrations, but helped us with everything including a range of restaurant possibilities that would still be open.

4. The breakfast area is both indoors and outdoors (on a charming open air courtyard with a fountain and flowers -- its like you are in the new Orleans French Quarter -- REALLY.

5. Hotel appears to have been a low level motel or hotel, but was redecorated with new paint, carpet, and bedding to update its look to try to be sold as a botique hotel that is trendy.

6. The only real problem we had was our hair dryer broke- but we had a maintenance guy there with a new one in hand in under 5 minutes, we were very pleased.

7. Traffice noise (and construction cacaphony from a new building in progress right across the street) meant that keeping the slider open during the day was impossible if you wanted to think or watch TV.
