1. The staff at the front desk could do with a few more manners and better customer service but the waiting staff were great and sweet.

3. Even though the double tree is a little farther from where I'd like to be, it's so much better than staying at the crowne plaza.

4. It would have been great if the lot had been easily accessible to us just so we could get in and out of our trunk without involving valet, but overall, not a big deal, just a statement really, and had we thought things through better, this wouldn't have been an issue.

5. All in all, I'd say it is one of the better values in the area (This one and the Double Tree are the ones I like best down here).
