1. I booked again for this month's trip and of course with the new management, they were going to charge me another $80.

We loved the hotel, the room was beautiful, the pool nice, the buffet breakfast good - however we were in room 722 (one away from the elevator) - it was going all night long and sounded like a train running through our room - we would have called to complain and get a new room, but our 2 year old was fast asleep and we did not want to wake her to move.
