1. Our check out was a bit strained when the hotel tried to charge us for the stay instead of crediting us with the hotel voucher we had provided; not a huge problem but it did lower our opinion of the hotel.

3. At a Motel 6, OK - but at a Crowne Plaza?The topper was when I checked out - when they brought my vehicle up from valet parking (which is a separate parking area to which only the bell staff have access), one of the doors had a huge dent in it.

4. They don`t take in account the huge impact this will have on our lives with us not knowing whether or not someone is using our names and worse, our social security numbers for their own personal gain.
