1. Parking (valet only) is efficient but a little pricey at $35, and all business center services are for a fee (except for printing boarding passes).

10. The amount of people through the hotel is large and that leads to some unfortunate issues: Concierge was very efficient but not warm, 'Bazar' restaurant waiters are 'too cool' and rarely present (getting the bill took 15 minutes+).
