1. We were incorrectly billed and I have yet to receive a response back from the GM which prompted me to post this review.

2. Both the valet staff and hotel staff were extremely helpful and prompt - when I walked in each morning with a coffee in each hand, the hotel staff opened doors and elevators to get me all the way back to my room.

This is a rare thing to be impressed by: the staff was in every respect incredibly well-spoken, courteous and warm (and not phony), every request was handled promptly (they do not provide robes and slippers in the rooms but you get them in about 60 seconds when you ask), and they were very well aware of who was in the hotel and where they were at all times, which means you can expect discretion and security and we like that.

7. There was also some odd quirks like the second room did not have ipod speakers (we asked for them and they were promptly brought up) and the sliding door between the bathroom and the main room was like not properly sliding in our second room, and the hotel in general is just very dark and like hard to find bathrooms and such.

10. We were greeted by name everywhere we went, and services were offered promptly, courteously, and without attitude, which is something I unfortunately *did* expect.
