1. I was hoping for something new, a reinvention of the boutique hotel, but this was the same old thing.

2. i got new ticket from the box office for $200 and the seats were grate, the hotel refunded me my $600 but that was not the point.

5. as i then got new ticket from the box office and i was told the seat i had, were not $600 seats, i was told $600 would get me seats right next the player so i was not happy at all.

6. This was a special surprise for our special occasion and I did apologize to my hubby for picking this spot Oops :( Wish I could get my 12,000 points back but I did sleep in a bed and I did experience something new ++Bright side++.

7. I am a frequent Penisula and Four Seasons user and thought I would try SLS as my colleagues had mentioned the hotel was somewhat new and had a great restaurant.
