1. They put the shampoo, conditioner, body wash in these huge-size bottles which is a little gross because you know someone's grabbed them before you, also the quality of the product was not great.

7. As it happens, I had booked a suite anyway so the lack of a huge upgrade wasn't a huge issue, but as a top-level member of the hotel chain's loyalty scheme staying in a $400 suite booked with cash (not SPG points or anything), I would have expected a slightly better attitude.

8. Long story but the short answer is, don't come here expecting any superior treatment for spending a huge amount of money with Starwood each year - you won't get it.

10. There are many things to like: great restaurant/dining, cool decor, amazing BMW 7 series hybrid as the in-house local car service, huge walk-in shower and fun mirror/TV in the wall.
