1. For example when we were upgraded to the SLS suite, it had a wonderful iMac in there, that was so far out of date with software update it would not even work with Pandora to play music or do anything else involving flash.

10. the staff is wonderful and attentive and really make you feel special, particularly Aaron at the front desk during check in who was helpful and nice and Danny the bellman who took time to sit with us explaining the local map and help plan what activities to do nearby, including dinner at Bazaar.
