1. The in- house restaurant was fine for breakfast, although we found the Cafe 222 down the street to be much better.

3. The hotel rooms are poky and dingy with bedding that has seen better days: old foam filled pillows, acrylic blankets and dusty covers and dust ruffles.

6. Its location could not be better being just off the Gaslamp quarter meaning you have all the fun stuff on your doorstep whilst being quiet in the evenings and only a short walk to trams and bus stops.

7. Room 418 and 419 have connected balconies and I think this would be better for friends traveling together.

9. In the heart of the Gaslamp quarter within easy reach of the harbour front with all it's shops and restaurants the hotel couldn't be better placed if it had been moved there.
