1. - Desk chair was stained and broken, wires exposed everywhere in the room, phone was sticky and dirty, coffee maker in the room was broken and missing a filter tray to actually make coffee, carpets stained, lock on door broken with the handle and chain lock loose, AC unit kept letting air out with what smells similar to cat litter and cleaning supplies (when the heat was accidentally switched on, a foul burning smell stuck in the room), window was beat up with the frame bent and molding covers gone and glue exposed, shower tiles were cracked, grout everywhere had stains of all different colors, heavy water buildup on shower head, towels were so frayed and worn that they look worse than the ones at car washes, and the last, of probably will not be the last, is that the counter to the bathroom was cracked and a heavily applied yellow substance was still oozing out of the crack.
