1. After wasting 30 minutes of my time they printed the correct bill.
"ok hotel, awful staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/23/2009 Vote
2. I discovered after check out that I was billed a $30 cancellation fee (whatever that means, considering i was actually there).
"beware of bogus charges " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/19/2011 Vote
3. No rate card in the room meant it was unclear when checkout was (or that there were no late checkouts; while waiting to store bags we overheard several calls in which guests were told that the computer-as if it were autonomous- automatically added $35 to the bill for checkouts between 12 noon and 2 PM).
"Pretty good price...pretty good hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2011 Vote
4. When we asked the front desk what we could do about it and would the parking let us take out our car, she told us yes but that the parking would charge an extra 5$ for the lost ticket, since there was a chance it was the cleaning person that threw it out, the front desk person immideatly handed us a crisp 5$ bill!we hadn't even asked for anything from them and they just handed it to us.
"Nice place! great stay! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/5/2009 Vote
5. There is a nice steakhouse adjoining the hotel where you can catch a nightcap and bill it to the room.
"Awesome... A Must " Read full review on Travelocity   12/1/2007 Vote
6. We did the express checkout thing where you run your credit card through and the printer spits out your bill.
"Watch out for Extra Person Charge " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/22/2007 Vote

9. Pros:Room sizeLarge tall windows with excellent room darkening draperiesComfy bedPlenty of work surfacesPhone with speaker function for business callsReliable free wifi (one brief slow-down during entire week)Sufficient task lightingPlenty of storage spaceBig, clean bathroom with magnifying mirror, counter space, large shower (no tub), hair dryer, conditioning shampoo, lotion, mouth wash and soapFull-length mirror, iron and ironing boardFree chilled water and recyclable bottlesFast elevatorsFriendly responsive staff, including room service (options are onsite restaurant and offsite restaurants that will deliver to lobby; when my microwave started mysteriously beeping at midnight, front desk sent someone up immediately and he was able to reach up high and unplug it)Self-check-in and -outFelt secure, given key-card access to front door and also presence of police around Wall StreetSomewhat quieter than other areas of NYCDuane Reade and restaurants nearby; Daffy's and Syms and a future TJ Maxx within four to six blocksLoud HVAC fan (optional to use) which helps provide white noiseCons:Thin walls, could hear phone conversations in room next door (although the guest wasn't out of line) and also each time he sat on his bed, there was a significant vibration No tub, but not a deal-breakerNot enough outlets near bed - in order to use laptop while sitting on bed, had to unplug the phone extension (two phones in room)Didn't like the shampoo/conditioner combo -- prefer them to be separate solutionsNot enough TV channels (no HBO -- channels included major broadcasters, ESPN, AMC, Bravo, Spike, TNT, several all-news channels)Would love to be able to check hotel bill online during stayShower temperature was very slow to react.
"Roomy, clean, great location near Wall Street " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/12/2011 Vote
10. Oh and the best part, they actually have an extension you can press for incorrect billings, but all you get to do is leave a message that no one will ever bother responding too.
