1. No more than a 15 minute walk to the following: NYSE, Ground Zero, Staten Island Ferry, Battery Park, Century 21 (discount shopping that my wife LOVED), Southside Seaport, and Bowing Green Park.

3. Bar and restaurant off the lobby, and a large club room with coffee, computers, tv's etc. Parking was discounted to $28/night.

4. 10 minutes walk from South Street Seaport, the Staten Island Ferry, the boats to the Statue of Liberty, 2 minutes from ground zero and Century 21 (discount shopping) and around the corner from Wall Street.

6. We were just a short subway ride from everything we wanted to see -- Broadway, central park, etc. The hotel is very near the South Street Seaport which has a TXTS booth (half price or discounted Broadway tickets) and a variety of shops.

7. there is a parking lot that gives you a discount if you stay at the hotel and it's really close by as well.

8. (i think it was a bout 26$ a day to aprk the car after the discount)little story about the staff: we had lost our parking ticket before leaving and we were pretty sure that the cleaning lady had thrown it out by mistake.
