1. There is a TV and a counter with 2 computers to use free-of-charge with internet.

4. The only drawback is that I asked for a late check out, they granted it, and then there was a miscommunication about it, and they attempted to charge A LOT for those two hours.

6. Also, I was charged a $90 security deposit to my bank account, which was returned to me in full after I checked out, however, nobody told me that I wasn't going to have that charge on my account which felt kind of sneaky to me.

9. They happily stored my bags when I checked out of the hotel to go hang in the city at 11am and came back to pick them up at 5 at no charge.
