1. The other minor quibble was when I was trying to lug 3 heavy bags through the double doors and up the stairs, the manager watched the whole time without helping.

9. i thought it wouldnt have mattered since I hadnt slept and needed to be up in only 2 hours I was told the talk to the manager i@ 9 am.
