3. Location is actually very much within walking distance of places like Times Square and the hotel is just over a block from Grand Central.

4. Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative, did have to ask for a coffeemaker and fixings, did not try the room service, but cafe below had a reasonable price on breakfast that we did not try.
