6. I understand this is NYC and parking speaks for itself so we were told we needed to pay an additional $50 to get the car out for 5 minutes.

7. A few downsides would be expensive parking (though, wouldn't really advise anyone to drive to NYC anyway), sort of loud hallways (though well insulated from city noise) and expensive internet ($17 per day).
