4. When the wifi did not end up working, we went down to the lobby (as we were skyping with people back home and wifi is free in the lobby), the staff were fine with us sitting there, chatting on skype.

10. little tip: connect to wifi in the lobby, don't close the page and go up to the room, you still have wifi as long as you want and it is free.
