2. All in all the Hotel is quiet, and the staff is nice and helpful; But this is another once very nice hotel that has succummed to the discounters and desperatley needs a major renovation - I don't know what the neighboring Millenium and Hilton are like inside.

3. Valet parking was $23 (luckily not as steep at Seattle's $40 standard for downtown hotels), the small, dated room was $149 with the group discount.

One thing - guessing hotel is a bit older, rooms look a little worn, but bed was comfortable and the room is roomy, bathroom clean, but did find a rather dirty washcloth (think this could happen anywhere), the staff apologized and replaced it :) The plus side of my stay was definitely the staff, they are friendly and accommodating, they recommended a couple of restaurants and gave us a discount card for one of them.

5. They had offered a block of rooms to racers at a discounted rate of 145.00, we stayed at a lower governement rate of 115.
