1. I am a Hyatt Gold Passport member, so at check in I was told the wifi would be free (and by the way, if Starbucks can offer free wifi, I think the Hyatt should as well).

5. Cons: beyond the bed, the tv was not an LCD, i've stayed in other 3.5s and had better televisions and channels to choose from, paying for internet sucks, but i also live in Chicago and am spoiled by free wifi, everywhere.

6. To get wifi, I had to first log in by agreeing to pay $9 or so per day, and they (supposedly) would remove it from my bill before check-out.

7. Not only was I charged for wifi, which I addressed at check-out, but when I got home and was e-mailed a final copy of my bill, I had been charged for the breakfast I ate right before check-out.
