1. There's nothing wrong with this hotel if you get a good rate, but it is interchangeable with a lot of other hotels in downtown Cincinnati so strongly consider making your decision based on the rate.

2. I rate the service good because they took care of our needs without question and even recovered some things that we left a couple of days later and followed up with us via telephone.

3. (2 hours before we were heading downtown for the fireworks show!) Typically I use the technology of the travel agency that I work for to make personal reservations but since it was a Sunday, we used a good old telephone call and the friendly staff found a great low rate, and was very helpful.
