1. Having said that, while i was there during one of the conventions in Cincinnati, and the hotel was absolutely sold out, running at 100% capacity, the room was clean, the laundry service was on time, the reception was friendly and professional, and while I called for my car valet service always 20 minutes ahead of time, the car was there every morning with not a second to wait - with friendly valet parking guys.
