1. He was very friendly asking if he could bring us fresh towels, ice, etc. He made the extra effort to see if he could be of service.

3. The elevators are slow as molasses and so longer waits with conventions going on, they refuse to let you use a luggage cart unless you have a bellhop doing it for you, they only put three towels in the room (when four are staying), the walls are thin it seems, and the room was muggy and about impossible to cool down enough (and it's only April).

Can you tell us where to find a late night restaurant?'no', can we have extra towels 'no' ('the hotel is booked to capacity' - go figure) , can I have housekeeping clean my bathroom (they had forgotten somehow), 'no, not at this time', may I check out 30 minutes late 'no, we're fully booked', not even 30 minutes.

8. Only one coffee packet (individual servings) for two guests and really two guests (when one is female) need more than two bath towels.
