Why?1) the toilet paper in our room was below standard, I have had better in gas station restrooms 2) the TV channel selection was horrible, I think I had more channels in 1986 3) parking fees were outrageous, valet is $20/day, self park is $14 each time you exit and return to the garage (not per day) 5) no continental breakfast, the business breakfast package only covered one of us, the other breakfast was $22.00 6) the bathroom is tiny 7) my husband needed razors, they were $18 in the hotel store.
