1. Internet is $9.95 a day and I simply refuse to pay that charge for something that I get complimentary at lesser properties.

5. Only complaint is the charge for wifi, which is totally unreasonable and something perhaps they will change soon, at least for Clinic patients who need to keep in touch with family.

9. The internet service was provided by AT&T, so there is a charge unless you happen to have an account with AT&T (we did, so we did not have to pay).

10. This hotel must be raking in the dough, as they are always booked solid, and charge rack rate, and are able to get it, and not because of any other reason than its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic.
