1. It is cheaper then the Cleveland Clinic rate, and beats priceline, etc. We paid $135/night for a suite.

5. The gift shop was nothing to write home about, the restaurant was a one-night-only stop with ok food and pretty slow service, and the Cafe had an OK buffet as well (but breakfast was inclusive with my company rate).

9. This hotel must be raking in the dough, as they are always booked solid, and charge rack rate, and are able to get it, and not because of any other reason than its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic.

10. The rates are VERY high as compared to other 4 star hotels located in Cleveland Union Square about 6 miles away.
