1. Overall, the hotel manager really needs to take control of his/her property, as it is too beautiful a facility to fall into 'personnel disarray.

7. I immediately called the duty manager to request adjustment of the suspension period as the patient is required to shower prior to surgery at 5:15am.

8. From the bell captains, front desk and managers they are dedicated to making your staff extremely pleasant.

9. The manager get defensive and proceeds to say that they changed the sheets and three people inspected the bed so she doesn't know how it got there.
