their beds are the most comfortable ever, the only negative i have is the $35
charge
for the parking for this hotel we werent told about this i presumed it would be $18,The other negative i have is the heaters on in the gym this would put you off but overall i would really recommend it and the staff there are so friendly.

One assistant manager came out, made flat apologies, took precise notes, waved one breakfast
charge
as a compensation, and ensured that upon returning newt week, everything would be as should be : perfect and reproachless.

For example, they ask you if you would like a late check out and do not
charge
extra, knowing that you might be catching a late flight.

While I prefer hotels that offer classic luxury, the term that comes to mind here isn`t `classic` but `fossilized`--I got the distinct impression that this location is being run as a cash cow, using the Four Seasons name to
charge
confiscatory rates, while investing the bare minimum on the facilities.

beyond horrible, rate was $695 then they want to
charge
you for internet access?room upgrade was not available, but for another $145 front desk agent would give us a two category upgrade, then the made us wait in the same kind of room we had originally booked, not cool.

Complained to president of FS, he gave me a detailed lesson on his premium brand and their need to
charge
for internet, but after five days have yet to hear about how he explained the other mess up.
